Lyndhurst & District Community First Responders
Community First Responders (CFRs) are volunteers working for the ambulance service; we provide 24-hour local emergency medical response to life-threatening illnesses and injuries, pending the arrival of an ambulance.
There are opportunities for volunteers to provide emergency medical cover in and around Lyndhurst and the immediate surrounding areas.
Volunteers can provide cover to suit their own circumstances, which may be as little as one or two hours a week, to
whatever the individual can offer.
No medical experience is required as full training is provided by South Central Ambulance Service.
