The 2024 New Forest Walking Festival has drawn to a close – we can’t wait to see you next year! 

The ever-popular New Forest Walking Festival will return in 2025 after a fortnight packed with sellout walks, wildlife talks, and half term Halloween fun – all offering an exclusive behind the scenes experience of the National Park.

The 2024 Festival ran from 19 October until 3 November and saw more than 15 organisers lead guided walks and workshops throughout the New Forest, including with rangers, commoners, and New Forest Marque Inspired members. Events covered topics such as fitness and wellbeing, wildlife, family fun, culture, archeology, and arts.

Inclusive cycling charity PEDALL also offers the chance to get out in the Forest on two wheels, and has a range of specialist and e-bikes to help everybody get in the saddle.
