Citizens Advice New Forest
We're an independent charity offering free, confidential advice face-to-face, online and over the phone.
We are here to help anyone in the New Forest with any issue and give up-to-date advice on Benefits, Work, Debt & Money, Immigration, Consumer Rights, Housing, Family Issues, Law & Courts and Healthcare.
At the current time we are recruiting volunteer Assessors to work on our Adviceline and at our Community venues in Totton, Ringwood, Hythe, New Milton and Lymington.

We give free, confidential and independent advice.
We have fully trained advisers and can offer advice on a wide range of problems we all face at some point in our lives like employment, consumer issues and housing.
Our open hours are Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm.
