I’m a canicross trainer experienced in working with adults and children in an outdoor environment. I’m passionate about introducing people of all ages to the unique experience of walking and running with their dogs in the New Forest.

The wide gravel tracks in the forest are perfect for beginners while there are plenty of unexplored cross- country routes for more experienced runners. Canicross is the perfect combination for a busy lifestyle while keeping physically fit and is great for mental health too.
