Public speaking at meetings
If a member of the public wishes to speak at a meeting they must advise Member Services no less than two clear working days before the commencement of the meeting by emailing memberservices@newforestnpa.gov.uk or calling 01590 646647.
Each individual or group (having appointed a spokesperson) who have indicated that they wish to speak may do so for up to three minutes. Following debate by the committee before a decision is made, the spokesperson will be given the option of a one minute right of reply, although no new issues should be raised at this stage.
