How we will use your information
We will only use your information to investigate potential breaches of planning legislation and to take enforcement action where necessary and, if appropriate, to inform you of progress made or any actions taken.
Your information will be held securely and will only be accessible to relevant staff to enable us to carry out our statutory duties. Certain other members of staff – such as our ICT team – may be able to access your data but will only do so under the instruction of a member of the enforcement team for technical support reasons.
Your information will not be supplied to anyone outside the NPA without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it or it would otherwise be fair and lawful to do so.
