Enforcement notice
- before the effective date of the notice (the effective date will be shown on the notice).
Listed building enforcement notice
- before the effective date of the notice (the effective date will be shown on the notice).
Conservation area enforcement notice
- before the effective date of the notice (the effective date will be shown on the notice)
Certificate of lawful use or development
- no time limit.
NB – the Authority determination period is usually eight weeks, although you may agree a longer period with the Authority. An appeal on the grounds of non-determination can only be made following the expiry of the determination period.
