Planning Enforcement Officer
The New Forest National Park offers a unique and truly outstanding environment in which to work. Working within a small team you will manage an interesting and varied caseload which will require you to:
- undertake site visits within a beautiful and diverse landscape
- investigate and assess alleged breaches of planning control
- prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records
- negotiate remedial action where necessary
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who is self-motivated and well-organised. You will have excellent customer care skills and be confident in dealing with a variety of individuals in an efficient and professional manner. This is a career graded role and appointment within the above salary range will be dependent on qualifications and experience. This post requires a valid driving licence and is based at our offices in Lymington with some home working.
