Patrick Heneghan
Patrick has lived in Winchester for over 50 years and has been a regular visitor to the New Forest since childhood.
He recalls learning to both ride a bike and put up a tent on early trips.
Patrick joins the Authority coming from a business background in the tobacco industry, with over 30 years’ experience in a range of senior management positions in both the UK and overseas.
He is committed to helping protect and nurture everything that he loves about the New Forest, as well as what it represents for the wider community.
He is married with four children and enjoys long distance walking, cycling (particularly when exploring the New Forest) and fund raising for his youngest son’s school.
