Beaulieu to Buckler’s Hard by bike

XXX

Spend the morning exploring Beaulieu and its famous Motor Museum where the story of motoring on our roads and racetracks comes to life. Not to mention the spectacular Beaulieu Abbey, House and grounds.

Head long the Beaulieu River footpath at a considerate speed for pedestrians to the historic hamlet of Buckler’s Hard. This 18th century village and shipbuilding yard is where they built the ships for Nelson’s navy and where 18th and 19th century cottages line either side of a wide central street.

It’s a two mile cycle between Beaulieu and Buckler’s Hard, past stunning river views.
