Creating an account on the Pre-application Portal
You can submit and view your pre-application details and documents through the Pre-application Citizen Portal, but you need to be signed in to your account.
To create an account:
- Click the Sign up option at the bottom right of the box.
- Complete the required fields and sign up.
- Now complete your account profile as you won’t be able view or submit your pre-application until you do this. Click the three lines or “hamburger” icon at the top left of the screen to show the left-hand navigation menu.
- From the left-hand navigation pane, select My account, complete the required information and click Save.
- Now you will be able to submit and view your pre-application enquiries.
