Spirit and Sanctuary

Do you hear the quiet whispers? Are you tired of all the doing and are ready to step into being? Do you sense it’s time to pause, breathe, and listen to what your soul has been craving?

Imagine being held in nature, connected to spirit and fully present. Spirit and Sanctuary is a chance to slow down, reconnect to your intuition, and connect to spirit. It’s a place of quiet reflection that creates flow and recalibration.

What to expect:
✨ We begin with a gentle meditation to ground, protect and reconnect to self.
✨ We then continue with sensory activities that promote and enhance a deeper sense of being.
✨ Through spiritual tools and the healing power of nature, we gently uncover insights, messages and the inner wisdom that is already waiting within you.
✨ We close the experience with a grounding tea ceremony and an oracle card draw, to offer further clarity and guidance.
✨ Finishing by sharing a moment of gratitude for being held in nature, connected to spirit and giving yourself permission to yourself for being here today.

This is the last offering of the season which falls on Samhain, marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter. A time to give thanks to the land and reflect, rest and reconnect with our true selves.
