Breamore Railway Line open morning
Meet the team delivering access, nature, and heritage improvements to Breamore Railway Line.
Join members of the team working to bring nature and heritage improvements to the Breamore Railway Line for an open morning at Hulse Hall. This event is a chance to meet staff from the New Forest National Park Authority and Hampshire County Council to hear about work underway in the area as well as future plans, including:
- To learn about plans to survey for wildlife, create improved habitats, make the trail more accessible, and promote the history of the railway
- Have your input into the project
- Share your memories of the railway and history of the local area
- Find out how to get involved yourself by joining practical volunteer sessions
Everyone is welcome at this free event and can drop in throughout the morning. Tea and cakes provided.
Work on the Breamore Railway Line is made possible thanks to the New Forest National Park Authority, Hampshire County Council, and New Forest District Council through a Landscape Enhancement Initiative funded by the National Grid.
