Initially from South Wales, Rob now lives in Southampton with his wife and two children.

An accountant by trade, and a keen cricketer, his initial specialty revolved around the Southern Premier League, being published in local and national press.

Being on the doorstep of the New Forest provided an opportunity to branch out from local sport into landscape photography, with the inevitable abundance of wildlife in the area that too became a feature.

Having moved slightly further away from the forest in recent years he still makes a pilgrimage to visit regularly in all seasons. The changing environments across the New Forest provide a great source of inspiration to learn and develop.
