AM 740/26 – Annex 2 – Schedule of updates to the Local Plan Policies Map

Proposed updates to the New Forest National Park Local Plan Policies Map are set out for the Regulation 19 public consultation in August 2026. The changes respond to comments from the Regulation 18 (part 2) consultation in November and December 2025 and to final evidence and supporting studies. Key updates are the drawing of clear boundaries for proposed housing site allocations at Knellers Lane (Ashurst), Calpe Avenue (Lyndhurst), west of Brighton Road (Sway), west of Winsor Road (Winsor), south of Hamptworth Road (Landford), and east of The Ridge (Redlynch). A boundary is also defined for a proposed employment site allocation at Fawley. In addition, the proposed defined village boundary for Cadnam and Bartley is amended, and a new proposed site allocation for Travelling Showpeople is added at Netley Marsh.
