About Access Forum meetings

The Forum meets regularly to discuss access in the New Forest. It also makes recommendations on matters relating to countryside access within the National Park and south west Hampshire.

These meetings generally take place every three months, usually on the first Monday of the month.

Agendas, reports and minutes of each of the meetings are below. The Forum is an independent body and meeting papers are not expected to conform to formats used by its appointing authorities.

Anyone is welcome to attend meetings of the Access Forum. Questions can be submitted to the Forum, or representations made at meetings, provided notice of at least two weeks is given to the Access Forum Secretary.
