New Forest Live at Home
At New Forest Live at Home scheme we want to enable older people to maintain their independence and live more fulfilled lives.
Through befriending, lunch clubs, assisted shopping, activity sessions, outings, escorts to appointments and much more, MHA's Live at Home schemes across the UK help to tackle loneliness and isolation in people over 60 – helping them to remain as active members in their local communities.
Activities at New Forest Live at Home scheme include:
- Drum fun in Ringwood
- Singing for wellbeing in Ringwood
- Friendship groups in Totton, Ringwood, Lymington and New Milton
- Crafting groups in Totton, Lymington and New Milton
- Outings
- Pub lunches in Ringwood and Lymington
- Café club visiting various cafes.
We are always keen to hear from kind, compassionate people who are able to volunteer some of their time to help us deliver and develop our services.
