DIY cycle repair arrives in LyndhurstPUBLISHED ON: 20 DECEMBER 2018
Need to tweak your saddle height or add more air to your bike tyres? A cycle repair facility has been installed outside Lyndhurst Community Centre in the main car park.
The repair station has been funded by the New Forest National Park Authority with a grant of just under £2000 from the Sustainable Communities Fund and provided by Lyndhurst Parish Council.
Situated outside to enable 24-hour access, the stand-alone robust repair installation provides cyclists with free equipment to make adjustments and repairs on the spot. It features a range of eight tools securely attached by retractable stainless-steel cables, as well the option of a pump and wheel holder.
