We are looking for a Planning Assistant to work in our busy front of house planning team.
You will register and validate planning applications, record fees, undertake notifications, advertisements and consultations as well as assisting with all administration tasks associated with the planning function, including providing support to reception and giving general advice to members of the public.
You will be an efficient administrator, well versed in IT systems and possess good communication skills, with the ability to interpret government legislation and guidelines. You will have an understanding of office procedures and experience of working in a team environment.
