Net Zero with Nature Programme Manager
With transformational change needed to address our climate and nature emergencies, this exciting new role will develop and lead our ‘Net Zero with Nature’ programme with partners across the New Forest National Park.
You will identify opportunities for nature-based solutions that maintain and enhance the special qualities of the National Park and surrounding ‘Green Halo’ area. You will inspire and nurture engagement with action on climate change amongst National Park communities and businesses.
To help us achieve our Net Zero ambitions we are looking for someone with experience in delivering nature-based solutions and climate change adaptation programmes, business acumen and a passion for National Parks. You will have a track record in achieving results across multiple projects and with multiple partners, have proven programme and project management skills, be an excellent communicator and have an engaging and creative approach to devising solutions for complex conservation problems.
This post is based at our offices in the heart of Lymington but will initially work from home.
