Member Services Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team to provide high-quality administrative support to our members and meetings.
This is an interesting and varied role where you will help to organise and co-ordinate meetings with responsibility for compiling agendas and minutes. You’ll liaise with NPA officers, members and the Chairman of the Authority as well as being part of the secretariat to the New Forest Consultative Panel and New Forest Access Forum.
We are looking for an efficient and well-organised individual with minute-taking experience. You’ll also have strong IT and communication skills with a desire to deliver excellent customer service using tact and diplomacy.
This post is for 22 hours per week (to include Tuesdays and Thursdays) and is based at our offices in Lymington.
