Traditional Bread Making
We will be rolling up our sleeves again and getting stuck into producing three types of bread; wholemeal, white and Christmas stollen.
You can take home what you make!
Soup for lunch & tea/coffee will also be provided throughout the day.
Your tutor Paul Merry has been an artisan baker for 40 years and a teacher of bread making courses for 20 years. Paul has an easy and fluid teaching style during which you will get a real grasp of what you are making along with anecdotes and bread history.
Questions are encouraged at any point in the day.
