Parent and baby Wellbeing Walk
Come and join Amy and her newest member of the family for a Wellbeing Walk.
Having a newborn is an exciting adventure, but it can sometimes feel lonely. Many groups are focused on the baby rather than the caregiver. Our wellbeing walks, however, are designed to support your wellbeing because we know that when we look after ourselves, we can support others better.
Each week we meet up at a location within the Waterside for a short walk. It is a chance to meet other parents with their babies, enabling you to foster new relationships, talk to others who are in a similar life chapter, and use nature to support your wellbeing.
Amy has 15 years of experience in environmental education, five of which have been spent as the Education and Youth Officer at the New Forest National Park Authority. She has firsthand knowledge of the benefits nature can have on wellbeing and recently trained as a Forest Bathing Practitioner.
