New Forest Volunteer Fair 2023
The Volunteer Fair is back on 29 January 2023, 10.30am-4pm at Brockenhurst Village Hall. More than 40 local groups will be offering hundreds of roles to suit all ages and abilities. It is free and you can just turn up on the day.
Over the years our hugely popular New Forest National Park Volunteer Fair has introduced thousands of volunteers to local organisations.
In the 12 years the annual fair has been running, it has welcomed almost 5,000 people from all walks of life through its doors.
At the fair, you can hear talks and discover opportunities from practical conservation and studying wildlife to supporting local communities and even archaeology.
Roles range from helping at Hythe Pier to Highcliffe Castle, working with badgers to butterflies, plus practical opportunities within a host of natural habitats.
Being situated in Brockenhurst, there is easy access to the train station for arrival by rail. There are also bike racks and a large car park at the Village Hall.
