French Bread Making
Get to grips with French bread on this course.
Learn how to make an authentic baguette and splendid croissants are on the programme, using a one-day method. With another dough you will make other French shapes, and some rye flour will be added to make rustic pain de campagne loaves.
Soup for lunch & tea/coffee will also be provided throughout the day.
Your tutor Paul Merry has been an artisan baker for 40 years and a teacher of bread making courses for 20 years. Paul has an easy and fluid teaching style during which you will get a real grasp of what you are making along with anecdotes and bread history.
Questions are encouraged at any point in the day.
