Celebrating Our Past, Our Future

Our Past, Our Future - 4 years, 10 organisations, 21 projects, £4.5m.

Join us for a virtual celebration of Our Past, Our Future, a National Lottery Heritage funded landscape partnership scheme in the New Forest.

Since 2016, the £4.4m scheme has restored New Forest habitats and heritage sites, given people skills and inspired a new generation to champion and care for the New Forest.  With the scheme now drawing to an end we would like to take this opportunity to celebrate what has been achieved.

Booking is not necessary and anyone can attend, whether you were involved in the scheme or just interested in hearing about the work.

The webinar will be run as a Live Teams event and you will be able to watch presentations, interact via live polls, ask questions and win prizes!

The webinar will start at 2pm on Thursday, 11 February.
To join, please click here.

Please note, to join via a PC or a laptop just click the link above.

To join via a Smart phone or iPad, you will first need to download the Teams app as Teams is not currently (at time of writing) compatible with the web browser on a mobile device. After downloading the Teams app you should be able to join via the link above.

It is recommended that you try and connect a few minutes in advance of when the meeting is due to start (the link will work multiple times) you’ll just see a screen stating that the meeting hasn’t started yet.

The event will be recorded so if you cannot make it to the live webinar you can watch it afterwards via the same link and also via our website and YouTube channel.

If you would like any further information on the OPOF webinar please contact

New Forest Awakening Festival

This webinar forms part of the virtual New Forest Awakening Festival, which is exploring our response to the current climate and nature emergencies. The Festival will include a series of events during February which will increase people’s understanding of the issues in the New Forest and how we can all help respond to the twin crises.
