On this page you can download application forms, accompanying form guidance notes and general advice on submitting a planning application to the Authority. If you are not sure which application form you need, please contact us.
Alternatively, an online facility on the Planning Portal enables you to identify the correct form and you can then either complete the form online or print the form off and submit your application on paper. If you use the Planning Portal to print off your forms, please also read the "General advice on submitting a planning application", and print off the relevant application checklist.
Application plans
All drawings that you send with your application must be dated and numbered, show their metric scale and a scale bar and include key dimensions. All electronic drawings should include the print size for example 1:100 at A3
