Tree work in woodlands

Please first check our interactive tree map to see if the woodland is in a conservation area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO).

If not then Forestry England controls the management of woodlands by issuing Felling Licences and English Woodland Management Grant Schemes under the terms of the Forestry Act.
