Planning Development Control Committee Membership

1 Membership

1.1 The membership of the Committee shall comprise 15 Members of the Authority appointed in accordance with Article 4 and Schedule 1 to the 2005 Order and to the provisions of Articles 13(3) and (4) of the Environment Act 1995 and shall be appointed annually at the Annual Authority meeting.

1.2 Meeting dates and times will be determined by the Committee provided that the Chairman of the Committee, in consultation with the Director of Strategy and Planning, is authorised to call a meeting to discuss urgent business.

1.3 No business shall be transacted at a meeting of the committee unless the meeting satisfies the quorum requirements set out in Standing Order 6.

1.4 The current membership of the Committee is as follows:
