It is not possible to use this procedure where:

• the development has already commenced
• the permission has already expired
• the permission was granted after 1 October 2009

Completed form, signed and dated (original plus 3 copies).

The completed Ownership Certificate (A, B, C or D – as applicable).

Agricultural Holdings Certificate.

The Correct Fee.

For listed Building/Conservation Area Consents (where associated with an eligible planning permission which is also being extended:

The original and 3 copies of a plan which identifies the land to which the application relates and drawn to an identified scale (1:1250 or 1:2500 where appropriate) and showing the direction North. Please note: Ordnance Survey copyright requirements.
