Time in which you can appeal:
The appeal must be received by the Planning Inspectorate within six months of receipt of the decision, or within six months of the expiry of the period which the Authority had to determine the application.
NB – the Authority determination period is usually eight weeks. If you have agreed a longer period with the Authority the time limit runs from that date.
