Advertisement appeals

Time in which you can make an appeal:

The appeal must be received by the Planning Inspectorate within eight weeks of the date of receipt of the decision, or

Within eight weeks of the expiry period which the Authority had to determine the application.

Note – The Authority determination period is usually eight weeks. If the applicant has agreed a longer period with the Authority, the time limit runs from the end of that period.
