Forest Advisory Panel

The New Forest National Park's Authority's response to the Forest Advisory Panel announcement:

Julian Johnson, Chairman of the New Forest National Park Authority, said: ‘We are pleased to know more about the remit of the Panel. It will be really important that the Panel engages in detail with the special circumstances of places like the New Forest and with the needs of all users.

‘The Panel will need to ensure the ongoing protection of and access for all to the Crown Lands and the unique Commoning system that sustains this beautiful landscape.

‘We are looking forward to working with our partners to secure engagement of the Panel in the New Forest.’
