Joan Cundill
Joan Cundill is vice-chairman of the New Forest Access For All charity. She represents the disabled community on two sub-committees of Ringwood Town Council, and is chairman of East Dorset District Council Disability Advisory Group.
As a result of contracting poliomyelitis, Joan has had mobility difficulties since she was a teenager.
Joan is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health. Now retired, she spent most of her career working as a community paediatrician in schools and baby clinics. She has been chairman of a Youth Counselling charity and was vice-chairman of a Comprehensive school Governing Body for 9 years.
