‘I go slow for ponies’ window stickers
These stickers have been produced by the National Park Authority for people who want to demonstrate their commitment to driving carefully on New Forest roads.
When you’re driving across the open forest at the speed limit of 40mph and someone else is trying to overtake, at least they are reminded why it’s necessary to go slowly.
Do also remember that 40mph is often too fast. If there is a pony beside the road and another vehicle is heading the other way, you may need to STOP!
