‘Our shout’ for the Forest

Our shout was a project to gather the views and opinions of young people about the New Forest and the challenges it faces.

Forest Forge Youth Theatre was commissioned by the National Park Authority to create a short piece of drama about the issues raised at a number of workshops, and perform it at an event looking at the management of the National Park for the future.

A film was made of the process and the performance, featuring young people from Forest Forge as a number of Forest characters- the old and young residents, tourists and a New Forest donkey.
