Sustainable Communities Fund

Land Advice Service at Milford on Sea

Biodiversity funding 2016-17

Over the next three years we are contributing funds towards a project as part of the New Forest Landscape Partnership Scheme.

Nature's Stepping Stones is helping landowners to restore species rich grasslands, heathlands and wetlands on 30 Sites of Importance for Nature Conservation through a programme of scrub clearance, invasive non-native species, fencing and seed harvesting.

The project will help to reduce 'landscape at risk' by improving biodiversity, landscape integrity and resilience against climate change within the National Park.

For further information about the project please contact Angela Peters on 01590 646654 or email angela.peters@nflandadvice.org.uk for more information.
