Wellow Neighbourhood Area application - Friday 20 May to Friday 17 June 2016
Wellow Parish Council has applied to Test Valley Borough Council and the New Forest National Park Authority to designate a 'Neighbourhood Area' covering the whole of the Parish. Within this area the Parish Council intends to use the planning powers introduced by the Localism Act 2011 to prepare a Neighbourhood Plan to give local people the opportunity to influence planning matters within the Parish boundary.
Before a Neighbourhood Area is confirmed, there is a four-week period within which comments can be made on the proposed boundary. This six week period runs from Friday 20 May to Friday 17 June 2016 and more information can be found on our Neighbourhood Planning page.
