Events
There are hundreds of different events taking place in the National Park each year, ranging from large events like the New Forest Show, to guided walks and talks. We have selected some key events which the National Park Authority is involved in, and also have linked to other sites where there is information on organised events and festivals.
Many of the events within the National Park are listed on the Official Visitor site for the New Forest.
- Forestry Commission Events include 'Ramble with a Ranger' walks, family events, wildlife interest events and much more.
- The Countryside Education Trust is a charity running educational and family events on the Beaulieu Estate and around the Forest.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust run events across the country including in and around the National Park. Many are based at their centres at Testwood and Blashford lakes.
- The New Forest Centre runs events all year round, including family events, slide shows and talks

There are various horse and cattle events and horse shows in the New Forest during the year.
