This application will be heard at the Planning Committee being held on Tuesday 16th March 2010 at 9.30, South Efford House, Milford Road, Everton, Lymington, SO41 0JD. The Officer recommendation is for approval.

The Authority has a scheme which allows applicants, agents and other interested parties to make representations directly to the Committee before planning decisions are taken. Strict rules govern the operation of this scheme because the Committee must conduct its business in an efficient way and be fair to all the parties involved. Applicants or their agents are able to speak for a maximum of 3 minutes.
