Statement of Community Involvement
The adopted
Statement of Community Involvement (2 MB) sets out how the Authority will involve the community in the preparation, alteration and review of local planning policies and planning applications in the National Park. The National Park Authority formally adopted its Statement of Community Involvement on 28 March 2007.
The Statement of Community Involvement
Adoption Statement (26 KB) gives formal notice of the adoption; lists the locations where the document will be available for inspection; and sets out the procedure for pursuing a grievance under the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The adopted Statement of Community Involvement (March 2007) incorporates the binding recommendations of the
Inspector's Report, (114 KB) which considered the 'soundness' of the statement.
