Parking provision
Circumstances when this document should be submitted.
This document needs to accompany all householder, full, outline and reserved matters applications where the proposal either affects existing parking arrangements and/or proposes new parking arrangements. The document should provide details of the existing and proposed parking provision.
Alternatively, this information could be included within the Design and Access Statement.
For householder applications and applications for single dwellings, it will suffice to show details of the existing and proposed parking provision on a layout plan.
