Members' declarations of acceptance of Code of Conduct This code defines the standards of conduct which will be required of all members of the Authority in conducting the business of the Authority, conducting the business of the office to which the member has been appointed or acting as a representative of the Authority. Members are required to sign acceptance of the Code and a register of the signed declarations can be viewed by appointment at the Authority offices. |

Register of members' financial and other interests A member is required to register his/her financial interests in the Authority's register kept for this purpose and maintained by the Deputy Monitoring Officer. This register also contains details of the member's membership of or position of general control or management in the bodies set out in part 7.2 of the Code of Conduct. The Register is available for public inspection at the Authority's Offices. |

Register of gifts and hospitality - members A member must within 28 days of receiving any gift or hospitality over the value of £25.00 provide written notification to the Authority's Monitoring Office, of the existence and nature of that gift or hospitality. This is kept in a register by the Deputy Monitoring Officer which can be viewed by appointment at the Authority offices. |
