A multimedia exhibition of art and science profiling the results of recent research into the ecology of the New Forest and the potential impacts of climate change.

French Bread Making

Come along to this one day bread making master class for beginners

French_Baguettes

We will be rolling up our sleeves again and getting stuck into producing French Bread with Paul Merry. Learn how to make an authentic baguette and splendid croissants are on the programme. With another dough you will make other French shapes, and some rye flour will be added to make rustic pain de campagne loaves.

Lunch is included.
