Would you like to play a part in restoring and enhancing special wildlife sites around the New Forest?
Come and volunteer with us to remove invasive scrub from important species-rich grasslands and heathlands.
You will be spending the day using hand tools to remove invasive scrub. Training on use of tools will be provided. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Join us from 10am until 4pm in Winsor.
Bring: Lunch, water, sturdy footwear, warm clothes and waterproofs (and if you have them: gardening gloves, loppers and bow saw. Otherwise these will be provided).

This practical conservation task is part of our Nature’s Stepping Stones Project which is working with landowners to restore grassland, heathland and wetland on privately owned land. It is one of many projects within the Our Past, Our Future Landscape Partnership Scheme.

Wrap up warm and join New Forest Activities in your canoe or kayak to explore the stunning Beaulieu River.
You'll enjoy a fantastic guided trip as the mood of the rivers changes through the Autumn and Winter.
Choose between single seater kayaks or 2 /3 person open canoes. Both boats are very stable and your guide will be on hand to help you master the basics.
Lots of fun outside for those up for adventure.
