Getting permission

When planning your visit to the National Park please use this checklist to ensure you have covered everything:

Even open access land requires permission for organised group visits, and it is essential that the landowner is advised of your intended visit.

Nearly half of the New Forest is managed by the Forestry Commission so please contact them about your visit on 0300 067 4601, or southern.permissions@forestryengland.uk
