Application fees

Under national legislation, the Authority must charge for the submission of planning applications.  Full details of the current charges and advice notes are set out in the pdf Scale of Fees Form (58 KB)

Photocopying fees

The Authority’s Management Board recently considered a report on new photocopying charges to members of the public including requests for copies of planning documents and resolved that, with effect from 1 December 2008:

  • All requests for A4 and A3 copies (including planning decisions, planning applications, enforcement notices, supporting plans/drawings and Tree Preservation Orders) be charged at 10 pence per copy – no charge is to be made for copy requests totalling less than £1.00.
  • A2-A0 sized copy sheets to be charged at £2.50 per copy.
