We need your input to help shape the future of all three major plans for the New Forest.
This response paper sets out all the major issues identified for the area and is designed to test the importance you place on each issue. Against each issue there are questions which ask for your views on the possible actions for us to address the issue. It also provides an opportunity for you to identify further issues and actions that have not already been thought about. Please refer to the detailed explanation in the accompanying Issues Paper when answering the questions.
The suggested actions are either clear alternatives or a combination of approaches that can work together. You area asked how important it would be for the suggested actions to be taken. You are asked to rate these either:
- 1 - very important
- 2 - important
- 3 - neither important nor unimportant
- 4 - unimportant
- 5 - very unimportant
Please reserve the top scores for those issues and actions which you consider are the really high priorities. This will help us focus on the priority issues sooner and will help influence the way resources are allocated and polices developed.
Please do not let the number of questions put you off making your contribution. You may wish to concentrate only on the issues which are of particular interest to you or your organisation. Of course this not meant to be restrictive and we would welcome a response to all the questions if possible
