Neville Penman
I was born in Lyndhurst, and have lived in Totton all my life.
I am an experienced Councillor, having first being elected to Totton & Eling Town Council in 2007 and then to New Forest District Council in 2011. I have served on Planning, Amenities and Policy and Resources Committees and was elected Vice-Chairman of the Town Council in 2011 and served as Chairman of the Council 2012-2013.
I am on the Community and Overview Scrutiny Committee and sit on the grants Committee for New Forest District Council. I was elected to Hampshire County Council in 2017.
