Resources and Performance Committee
1. Membership and Quorum
1.1 The Committee shall comprise nine members to be appointed each year at the Annual Authority meeting and who will reflect the overall composition of the Authority in terms of the balance between local authority and Secretary of State appointments.
1.2 The Committee shall conduct its business in accordance with the terms of the Authority’s Standing Orders.
1.3 The current membership of the committee is
